Appointment of company secretary

Mpact is pleased to announce the appointment of Noriah Sepuru as company secretary with effect from 1 December 2011, in place of William Somerville who has stepped down as interim company secretary with effect from the same date.
Noriah qualified as a Chartered Secretary with the Institute of Chartered Secretaries - South Africa (ICSA). She is an associate member of the ICSA and a Fellow Member of the Chartered Institute of Business Management. She was company secretary at Jasco Electronics Holdings Limited prior to joining Mpact.
