Lea was appointed to the Board as an Independent Non-executive Director in September 2022. She is a member of the Social and Ethics Committee and a member of the Remuneration and Nomination Committee. She is also the Chair of the Mpact Foundation Trust. Lea is the Managing Director of Conrad Advisory Proprietary Limited. She is the Lead Independent Director and Chair of the Social Ethics and Transformation Committee of Coronation Fund Managers Limited. She is also an Independent Non-executive Director of YeboYethu (RF) Limited, and is also the Independent Chair of the Afrimat BEE Trust. She was formerly the Chair of the Board of African Phoenix Investments Limited. Lea served as an Executive Director of the Oceana Group Limited from 2007 to 2016. During her 18-year tenure at the Oceana Group, Lea held executive management positions and also served as a director on the boards of various subsidiaries and as Chair of the Oceana Empowerment Trust.
