Don joined Mpact as an Independent Non- executive Director in January 2022. He was previously Executive Director: Finance of Sappi Limited and Finance Director of Barloworld Limited. He currently serves as a Non-executive Director of Tiger Brands Limited and Zeda Limited. Don is a member of Mpact’s Audit and Risk Committee, as well as a member of Mpact’s Remuneration and Nomination Committee.
