Maya joined Mpact as an Independent Non-executive Director in September 2016 and is the Chair of the Social and Ethics Committee, a member of the Remuneration and Nomination Committee, and a Trustee on the Mpact Foundation Trust. Maya is the Chair of Datatec Limited and a Non-executive Director of Cell C Holdings Limited. She has gained extensive experience across Africa and in some parts of Asia and has held senior leadership/Executive Director roles at Telkom, Nestle, SABMiller, FinMark Trust and Vodacom.
