Nompumelelo joined Mpact as Group Communications Manager in January 2025. Prior to joining Mpact, she worked for Anglo American Plc as a Media Specialist looking after the company’s reputation, stakeholder and media management for three years. She has also held a role as External Communication Manager at Transnet SOC Ltd for five years and practiced as a business journalist for various publications prior to that.
