Saleh joined Mpact as an Independent Non-executive Director in April 2025. He is the Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee. Saleh is a Chartered Accountant with well over three decades of experience in the Anglo American Group. Prior to his retirement at the end of March 2019, he was an Executive Director of Anglo American South Africa, and for the last 11 years of his career, Saleh held the position of Head of Finance. He was also an integral member of the executive team, providing key leadership, direction, and strategy to the South African corporate office and region. He has held several listed and unlisted Board positions and brings with him extensive experience across the full spectrum of corporate activities. He currently serves as an Independent Non-executive Director of Datatec Limited, Astral Foods Limited, and Motus Holdings Limited.
