Mpact is pleased to announce the appointments of Noriah Sepuru as Company Secretary and Viroshini Naidoo as Legal Counsel for the newly listed paper and packaging group.
Noriah Sepuru assumes her new role as Company Secretary effective 1 December 2011. Sepuru qualified as a Chartered Secretary with The Institute of Chartered Secretaries Southern Africa (ICSA). She is an associate member of ICSA and a Fellow Member of the Chartered Institute of Business Management. Prior to joining Mpact, Sepuru was Company Secretary at Jasco Electronic Holdings.
Viroshini Naidoo's appointment as Legal Counsel for Mpact was effective 1 November 2011. After completing her articles, she was admitted as an attorney in 1997. She has a wealth of experience encompassing multiple facets of the legal profession.
